The company has undertaken and executed budget projects up to 1.500.000, 00 euros. It works only with specialized subcontractors and suppliers. At the same time, it has a number of appropriate proprietary means and tools – logistical infrastructure for the artful and perfect realization of its projects.
The company with high know-how responsibly undertakes all stages of the implementation of projects: from the preliminary design-implementation study, compilation of a file-issuance of a building permit to the supervision-coordination of construction and the final delivery of the project or separately any stage assigned by the customer.
Within this framework we consistently focus our attention on the requirements of each project, emphasizing not only the architecture (aesthetic result and ergonomics achievement), but also the optimization of the construction (cost reduction without compromising on quality).

BROS K. ASIMAKOPOULOI TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION A.E.
It is the development of the technical office created in 1974 by Kostas Asimakopoulos, civil engineer, based in Patras.
Station on this path is in 1995 with the establishment of ” K. Asimakopoulos O.E. technical-construction ” with the aim of developing private structures as well as undertaking public technical-construction projects.
To date, he has successfully completed a wide range of small, medium and large-scale projects including:
– Many public building and technical projects throughout Achaia, the Peloponnese and more widely in western Greece and the Ionian Islands.
– More than twenty building complexes of residential, office, commercial and commercial premises in mainly privately owned plots, as well as by the method of consideration.
– Wide variety of private detached houses and maisonettes for sale.
